Martial arts clubs & gyms

Found, followed up, and looked after. One joined-up system.

Most clubs have three problems that look like one: nobody finds them, the enquiries that do come in go cold, and the students who join quietly drift away. We built something for each, and they talk to each other.

The problem

Growth is not your problem. The leaks are.

There is no point filling a bucket full of holes. An enquiry arrives at nine at night and gets answered on Thursday. A trial gets booked and the person forgets to turn up. A student misses a fortnight and nobody notices until the payment bounces.

None of those are marketing problems. They are the gaps between the things you use — and every one of them is a person who was interested enough to reach out and is now training somewhere else, or nowhere.

The stack

Three layers. An enquiry becomes a member without anyone re-typing anything.

Layer 1 · Get found

Your website

Built to turn up when a parent searches for classes near them, and fast enough that they do not give up waiting. Free to build, monthly to keep.

Layer 2 · Before they join

Lead management and automated communications

The enquiry lands somewhere, not in a shared inbox. Trials get booked, confirmations and reminders go out automatically, and nobody is forgotten because you were on the mats.

Layer 3 · After they join

Martial Manager

Classes, check-ins, payments, memberships and events — and it tells you which students are drifting before they quit. No owner subscription.

Each layer works on its own. Together they mean the person who found you at 9pm on a Tuesday is still training with you in two years.

Layer by layer

What each part actually does.

The website

Your timetable, your instructors, your venues — structured for the searches parents make, and fast on mobile data. We build it before you commit to anything.

Lead management

Enquiries captured and tracked, trial bookings with automatic confirmations and reminder messages, and an onboarding sequence for new members so the first fortnight is not silence.

Martial Manager

Kiosk and self check-in, family pricing, multiple venues, failed-payment recovery, events and gradings, bulk pausing for school holidays.

The line we do not cross

Automation handles the admin. It never handles the relationship.

Booking confirmations, reminders and onboarding are operational — automating them is just being organised, and everyone benefits. Retention is different. Martial Manager will never message a drifting student on your behalf, because an automated “we miss you” is worse than silence to someone already halfway out the door.

The software finds the student who needs a conversation. You decide whether that is a call, a text, or a word after class.

The judgement stays with you.

Which is the whole point. You are the one who knows what to say.

Why us

We are martial artists who build software, not a software company with a martial arts page.

We have taught

Between us, more than two decades on the mats. We know what a Tuesday night actually looks like.

Built for small clubs

Including part-time clubs running out of school and community halls. You do not need an ABN to start.

Mobile-first

Built for use on the mats from a phone, not from a laptop at home after the kids are down.

No owner subscription

Martial Manager has no monthly owner fee. We take a small percentage of transactions, so we only earn when you do.

Proof

Fitlife Martial Arts

A club website that gets found, with member management, check-ins and payments running behind it — so the owner spends the evening on the mats instead of chasing failed payments.

Start with the website. The rest can wait.

We build it, you look at the real thing, then you decide. If the other layers are never relevant to you, that is fine — plenty of clubs just want a site that works.

No cost. No obligation. No pitch deck.
